- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

- Ask neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier.

Lexiqueo is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory availability. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
